Across all four pieces, our aim was to make the message feel human and relatable — not like a classic recruitment campaign. We focused on real people, authentic moments, and the energy that comes from belonging: teams, families, and communities. “Welcome to the Family” is more than a tagline; it reflects Carinthia as a place where newcomers can build careers, feel supported, and truly thrive — a region where tradition and innovation meet in a way that feels grounded and forward-looking at the same time.

For our team, this production was a special journey: we explored Carinthia in depth and had the chance to collaborate with many inspiring people.
