We developed a modular motion design system that supported the show flow with speaker intros, agenda moments, stingers, transitions, and seamless background loops. A key focus was reliability under live conditions: we prepared clean deliverables for each program block, optimized codecs and playback performance, and structured the content so that intros could transition smoothly into loopable segments. This approach enabled the on-site live direction team to react flexibly while keeping the stage visuals elegant and stable at all times.

The agenda featured high-level contributions including Hermann Erlach, Philipp Rogge, Jeff Bullwinkel, and Zach Meyers, alongside panels and sessions on trusted technology, sovereign cloud, and responsible AI. Our visuals were designed to frame these moments without distraction — clear hierarchy, strong readability, and a modern, restrained aesthetic that keeps the focus on the speakers and the message.

The experience was elevated by a bespoke music composition from Daniel Stadler, tailored to the rhythm and tone of the event. Event production and coordination by Assist Communications were, as always, spot-on — making the collaboration smooth, fast, and highly professional.
